EXPERT warrants the performance of its products against any defects in material or workmanship under the conditions set forth below:

1. Warranty types:

Warranty EXPERT - without limitation in time, for all manufacturing defects and faults. Replacement or repair of defective parts under specified conditions. All Expert tools comply with current international DIN and ISO standards.

Warranty L – legal warranty limited in time (depending on the type of product).

Warranty R – the tool will be fixed.

Is something broken?

Review the above information and send the damaged product back to us with the completed form. Enter your contact information and a list of what you are sending. Purchase date is needed only for L, R time warranties.

We send damaged products for service verification every Friday. You will have to wait about two weeks for successful claims.
